EBookings Encounter Status ValueSet.

The lifecycle of a theatre admission: planned when the booking is created, arrived on presentation, in-progress during the admission, and finished when the patient is discharged and the admission ends. A practice may take finished to mean that the booked procedure was performed, unless the booking was cancelled.

Cancellation is deliberately excluded — a booking that does not proceed is conveyed by Appointment.status = #cancelled.
